Shipping & Returns

All Lauren Winter pieces are made to order at our studio in Portland, Oregon. We are a small team, please allow 10 business days before your order is sewn and shipped to you.

Domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, all international orders ship via First Class Mail. Shipping does not include insurance, but we are happy to accommodate insurance requests if requested in advance. Send an email to hi@laurenwinter.co.

To return or exchange an item, email us within seven days of receiving your order. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Sale items are eligible for exchange only.

In Store Pickup

We now offer local pickup to our Portland area customers. When placing an online order, choose "In Store Pickup" upon checkout. We will email you as soon as your order is ready, and together we can schedule a time for you to stop by our SE Portland studio. We are located in the Ford Building at SE 11th and Division.
