All Lauren Winter pieces are made to order at our studio in Greenville, South Carolina.

Domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail, all international orders ship via First Class Mail. Shipping does not include insurance, but we are happy to accommodate insurance requests if requested in advance. Send an email to hi@laurenwinter.co. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

To return or exchange an item, email us within seven days of receiving your order. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
