Just recently Rhiannon shared the joys of southern travel on Etsy, and she included Nashville on her list of places to visit - I'm biased, but I agree that it's a city people need to stop at when touring this part of the country. Just in the four short years that Neil and I have lived here, it's grown in plenty of up-and-coming ways yet it still retains its unique, homegrown heritage. Old and new mix well in Nashville.

And speaking of Nashville - this dress and the lady behind it. The more I get to know Elizabeth and her line Elizabeth Suzann, the more impressed I am with her skill and her creations. This dress, aptly named after Stevie Nicks, is my favorite style from Elizabeth's NFW presentation and now it's something I'll wear constantly this summer, most likely - a stonewashed crepe silk maxi with a wraparound sash at the waist and bell sleeves. It drapes beautifully, so good for day or night wear (next time Neil and I go out to some formal affair, this dress is going with me). Keep up with Elizabeth Suzann's sewing tutorials and other news here.
